Anya Woythaler BA, LMT, is a nationally certified licensed and insured massage therapist. She began practicing massage with a wonderful journey in 2005 at the Finger Lakes School for Massage Therapy. Some of the modalities and techniques studied and explored throughout the program were: Swedish, Pregnancy, Medical, Sports Massage, Connective Tissue Therapy, Neuromuscular Therapy, Kinesthetic Awareness through Movement, Energy Palpation, Reflexology, Shiatsu, Hydrotherapy and Aromatherapy. She continued her studies with course work in Deep Tissue Neck Massage and completed Trager Level Training. As a growing practitioner, Anya is continuously learning more, taking various workshops, broadening her techniques and approach to the human body. Massage sessions offered engage the mind, body, and spirit to harmonize with your soul.
